2025 Parking Fees On Monday, December 16, Borough
Borough Council passed the 2025 Budget on December 16. Parking fee changes were included in the budget. A document comparing 2024 rates to 2025 rates is available. Changes will be reflected in February billing for current monthly permit holders. ParkMobile zones have been updated for clarity. Zone 4201 is now designated for College Avenue only. Zone 4202 is now designated for Beaver Avenue only.
