  • Borough Council passed the 2025 Budget on December 16.
  • Parking fee changes were included in the budget.
  • A document comparing 2024 rates to 2025 rates is available.
  • Changes will be reflected in February billing for current monthly permit holders.
  • ParkMobile zones have been updated for clarity.
  • Zone 4201 is now designated for College Avenue only.
  • Zone 4202 is now designated for Beaver Avenue only.

ParkMobile Zone Changes

To better serve parkers and have clearer zones on the application map, some zones have changed in ParkMobile

  • Zone 4201 is now only College Avenue
  • Zone 4202 is now only Beaver Avenue
